The rights and remedies provided to the Employer under this Agreement are cumulative and are in addition to any other rights and remedies available to the Employer under law or equity.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Moreover, in such cases, the parties agree to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Employee and the Employer regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
